New Leader Essentials

New Leader Essentials is offered many times per year by the Verdugo Hills Council. Many of these are offered in conjunction with other classes so you can complete all of your basic training in a single day! Check out the schedule below:

Tuesday, May 3, 2005 -- 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM -- (VHC Service Center)

Tuesday, June 7, 2005 -- 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM -- (VHC Service Center)

Saturday, August 20, 2005 -- 8:30 AM to Noon -- (VHC Service Center)

Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster Leader Specific Training is offered many times per year by the Verdugo Hills Council. Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills

Below are listed the upcoming Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills courses. Due to requirements to buy provisions, we ask you to sign up early. This will also guarantee you a spot in the course. Each course is limited to 48 participants. Course fee is $25 and includes course materials and all meals.
